I’m a professional personal and business coach. For more than a decade, I’ve been coaching award-winning business executives, realtors, athletes and business owners. I’m considered to be one of Canada’s first professional coaches. I have an MBA from Queens University and real rubber-meets-the-road experience gained leading businesses and as president of a non-profit organization – all with multi-million dollar budgets.

I believe in keeping my coaching knowledge “hot’. So, in addition to my thriving professional coaching service I’m currently Program Head, Professional Real Estate Studies, BC Institute of Technology School of Business. I’m a former Council member of the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia and, a past Director of the Canadian Real Estate Association Multiple Listing Service Technology Committee. I was elected to the Real Estate Council of British Colmbia in 2008 for a two year term.

I developed 360COACH in 2001 at the request of a group of Royal LePage and Re/Max residential sales agents who had previously benefited from my exclusive Stay-in-Touch© personal coaching service. Along with the renown professional marketing skills service, Street Smarts© it is part of The William Phillips Consulting Group Inc.

Today, in six provinces, and 2 states. 360COACH has clients that include Realtors, real estate brokerage managers and owners, airline pilots, lawyers, real estate developers, automobile dealers, physicians, new home builders, and real estate investors. In addition to professionall coaching, 360COACH has expanded its services menu to include business strategy development and execution, marketing strategy development and execution and professional skills education.

For my realtor clients, my real estate experience is unmatched by any other professional coach in Canada. I’ve actively delivered one-on-one personal coaching to AE LePage and Royal LePage Realtors through my Stay in Touch service for more than 22 years. Licensed as a Realtor in British Columbia for 34 years, I have more real estate industry knowledge and experience than any other professional coach in Canada.

How do I continue to build my professional coaching techniques? I’ve been a client of one of Canada’s leading professional personal coaches, Laura North (True North Coaching) since 2001. A certified personal and professional life coach, Laura also serves as a coaching advisor to 360COACH and a number of other professional coaching services.
