On two separate occassions, in two different national corporations that I have been associated with, we have employed the professional coaching services of Bill Phillips to assist in further developing the management teams and the sales teams. The first scenario required Bill to work with the management team to improve their focus and increase the overall sales and profit yields from the sales team. The second case had Bill working with the senior management sales executives to provide professional coaching and then further develop and refine their sales execution. The positive results from both engagements were quickly evident as the participants showed steady and consistent gains in both productivity and the achievement of the corporate sales goals.

A side benefit was Bill's approach led each enterprise to operate in a more vibrant and trusting environment; our work became fun again, we had a clear purpose. There are many coaches in the North American market, there is only one 360COACH and only one Bill Phillips. We wish we could clone him!
