Three-Sixty Coach

As a former Royal LePage sales person of 10 years I was well aware of who Bill Phillips was when the owner and president of "The Whistler Real Estate Co.Ltd." Pat Kelly suggested we engage Bill for some private coaching to help myself begin a new career as the sales team leader for the company, we quickly brought in our head controller and our manager from the Squamish office. Together we began a three month program which covered every possible avenue we would need to continue running a successful, profitable business. The coaching is invaluable for myself as a new manager. Both Lisa, our Squamish Sales Team Leader, and I, fully credit Bill's coaching as enlightening, and worth our valuable time. In early October we agreed that Bill could benefit our sales team immensely so we signed up 30 of our sales team, to begin a course Bill named "Streets Smarts". More sales people wanted into the course once the others returned to the office buzzing with excitement, and realization of the new business model of selling real estate, the majority of our sales team are veterans of more than 10 years. I should add we have been a very profitable company for many years. The Whistler Real Estate Co. believes strongly in continuing education, Bill pointed out yesterday practices do not cut it in today's market place.
